The recovery of ancient materials and ancient stones of which the original building was made and the use of new materials and current technology, testifies the attention and care with which the works were carried out and ensure that even today, at a few years later the structure is in excellent condition. Access to the property is via a small bridge that crosses the stream that flows alongside it and which in past ages allowed the use of the shovel for grinding grains and allows the visitor to jump back in time.
